Tawnya has over 17 years of experience as a nationally certified practitioner in integrative bodywork, including 1,350 hours of education including at Three Oaks Academy of Healing Arts and Milan Institute.

She truly believes in the short and long term therapeutic benefits of massage, and feels that deep work can still be relaxing work.

She offers a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, Dynamic Cupping, and customized sessions for unique needs.
